Overview

Situated on Swansea Seafront, just 25 metres from Swansea Beach, Devon View Guest House offers cosy bedrooms and cooked breakfasts. There is free parking and free Wi-Fi.

The traditional rooms at Devon View each have a TV and radio. Some have private bathrooms, and there are plenty of shared facilities. All rooms have colourful fresh towels and tea/coffee facilities.

Full English breakfasts are served daily in the bright and airy dining room. Light continental options and vegetarian breakfasts are available, and there is also a lounge bar with a large-screen TV.

Just a 15-minute walk from Swansea town centre, Devon View Hotel is only 4 miles from picturesque Mumbles. Both Swansea Harbour and Kings Dock are a 25-minute walk away.

The guest house does not accept group bookings of more than 3 rooms per booking. When booking guests are asked to provide an estimated time of arrival and an email address in the comments box. Free on-street parking is available, and there is also a public car park nearby (daylight charges). In the event of a late cancellation (7 days or less of the due arrival date), the guest house will try to re-let the room(s). If successful the cancellation fee will be refunded less an administration fee of the first night's booking. Devon View reserves the right to modify or change a booked room at any time and will always attempt to contact the guest to advise of this necessity. Bookings of room only rates may advise at the hotel of requirement for breakfast and settle directly with the hotel.
